Terms & Conditions Kring4D — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kring4D, an online betting platform built exclusively for Malaysian players. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Kring4D (the platform). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any Kring4D service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of this document, please stop using the Kring4D platform immediately. Kring4D reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any terms at any time at our discretion. Notice will be provided via your registered email or through an in-platform announcement no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

2 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

The Kring4D platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident domiciled in Malaysia.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• Not listed on any active betting prohibition or self-exclusion list.
• Not registering on behalf of a third party or corporate entity without written authorisation from Kring4D.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information — including your full name as per your ID, an active email address, a valid Malaysian phone number, and your actual date of birth. Kring4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above a certain amount.

3 User Account Management

Your Kring4D account is a personal account and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other party under any circumstances. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including all financial transactions and bets placed using your username and password.

• Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone, including family members.
• Kring4D will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone. Please be vigilant against phishing attempts.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the Kring4D support team immediately.
• Kring4D reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account as a security measure if suspicious activity is detected.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access Kring4D is secure and free from malware.

Kring4D uses two-factor authentication (2FA) as an added layer of security. We encourage all members to enable this feature through your account settings. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months are subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 or suspension at Kring4D's discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Kring4D accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment methods only. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are not subject to any foreign currency conversion charges.

The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard transactions; however, transactions exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification in accordance with financial compliance requirements.

For withdrawal requests, the minimum amount is RM 50 per request. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for your deposit. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Kring4D reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal request to ensure your account's security.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

Kring4D offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective offer. The general conditions applicable to all Kring4D bonuses are as follows:

• Only one (1) bonus is permitted per promotion for each registered account.
• Bonuses cannot be directly exchanged for cash before the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms — typically between 5x and 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Kring4D reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved.

6 General Game Rules

All games available on the Kring4D platform — including jackpot slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), lottery, and virtual sports — are subject to the game rules set by their respective providers and governed by Kring4D's general terms.

• The results of all games are final once announced by the system. Any dispute must be filed within 24 hours of the date and time of the relevant game.
• Any technical error or system disruption occurring during an active game may result in the cancellation of the affected round. Any impacted bets will be returned to your account balance.
• Kring4D uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fairness in every casino and slots game outcome.
• The use of automated software or systems (bots) for gameplay is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• Kring4D reserves the right to void any bets or winnings obtained through exploitation of technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or any other unauthorized means.

Jackpot winnings exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification before payout. This process is in place to protect the integrity of the platform and the security of all Kring4D members.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Kring4D's Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League), cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup, Test matches), e-sports (Mobile Legends, CS2, VALORANT), virtual sports, and a wide range of other international sports. The specific terms for Sports Betting are as follows:

• All displayed odds are in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or modified, except in situations where Kring4D declares odds void due to a technical error.
• In-play betting (during a live match) is real-time. Any delay in bet submission due to your internet connection issues is at your own risk.
• For matches that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled — bets will be fully refunded unless the match resumes within 48 hours of the original date.
• Parlay bets (combining multiple matches) require all selections to win for the bet to be considered a winner. A single losing or voided selection will result in the entire parlay ticket being lost or recalculated in accordance with Kring4D's policy.
• Kring4D reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time at our sole discretion, particularly where there are indicators of match manipulation.

8 Responsible Gambling

Kring4D is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting should remain a form of entertainment and recreation — not a primary source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. These limits take effect immediately upon being set.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum limit on how much you can wager per match or gaming session.
• Temporary Break: Lock your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During this period, you will be unable to log in or make any deposits.

Kring4D respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia. Data provided during registration and platform use is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Privacy Policy in detail.

• Your personal information is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Transaction data and game records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations and laws.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data held by Kring4D, as well as to request corrections or deletion of that data, subject to applicable legal requirements.
• Kring4D may share information with the relevant authorities when required to do so under Malaysian law.

10 Kring4D's Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Kring4D shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from betting or game outcomes that do not go in your favour.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Delays in financial transaction processing due to factors beyond Kring4D's control, such as bank or payment provider disruptions.

Kring4D will always strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors at all times. In the event of any technical error affecting your transactions or winnings, Kring4D will investigate and resolve the matter fairly within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

Kring4D reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Fraud, cheating, or any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Violating any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Involvement in money laundering or the financing of illegal activities through the Kring4D platform.
• Abusive behaviour, threats, or harassment directed at Kring4D staff or other members.

You may also close your Kring4D account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances from your account. Any balance left unclaimed for more than 90 days after a closure request will be forfeited.

12 Amendments & Applicable Law

Kring4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to all members via their registered email and/or an in-platform announcement at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Kring4D platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
